I booked a room with a bathtub. I specifically ensured that it indicated that a bathtub was sited in the amenities. The room had a picture of the bathroom with the bathtub in it. Once I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff made me jump through hoops to prove I booked a room with a hotel. I showed him the booking number along with the confirmation number, only for him to say it was not correct. After over 30 minutes of trying to show him my hotel booking in my email and on Expedia, he began to blame Expedia for the incorrect picture of the bathtub and the 'sentence' he says they asked Expedia to take out. What I did know is that I booked a room with a bath tub and I paid for the room. It was very poor customer service to keep me there at the front desk for so long because he wanted to give me a room without a bath tub. I don't know who's error it is but I wanted to share my experience. I will never book there again.
