Walking distance to trails, shops and restaurants! The Decor and forest views will give you that cabin getaway feel! Sit in our large hot tub or by the fire pit to take in the outdoors and relax! The home has a climbing structure for kids, extra detached studio room, hammock, etc. The perfect place to come back to after a day of adventure!!

The home is great for families with kids, adventure seekers, mountain bikers (popular trails right around the corner), couple retreats /honeymoons, etc. Very cozy home.
Note. The 4th bedroom is a detached studio for guests with 8 or more guests:)

Sedona noise ordinance requires no loud noise after 9pm so rest assured for peace and quiet:)

Quiet hours after 9 per strict Sedona noise ordinance
Please no shoes on the carpet
$100 fine for missing Apple TV remote and TV remote
