At the foothills of an historic estate with Sedona's most important art legacy, this breathtaking location is perched high above Brewer Road with its backyard on the Coconino National Forest. This is an excellent place to stay. The property is perfect. It is a wonderfully appointed house, everything is first rate. Perfect place for a couple. The view from the living room window is great. Get up early and watch it change every few minutes asx the sun rises. Kevin is an excellent host. Wewould love to come back!

The vista cottage was even better than the pics! Superb ongoing communication with hosts Kevin and Mark. Immaculately clean, no detail missed for ease and confort. GORGEOUS views from living room and ideal location, quiet neighborhood literally 3min from Sedona dining, shops, sights. In the cottage walls showcase artwork more impressive than a gallery. Mark (he and wife Darcy devoted care takers of home & grounds) gave private tour of the estate along with splendid stories of the artists who built it and lived there! Beauty, comfort (welcome healthy snacks in fridge and even a yoga mat-Namesté) excellent hosts! Gushing with compliments of this vista cottage on Capricorn Hill

Kevin, Mark, and Darcy did a fantastic job making my wife and I feel at home. Great communication, absolutely fabulous property and wonderful customer service. Prettiest place in Sedona
This home was exactly what we were looking for to relax and enjoy the beauty of Sedona. There is trailhead about a two-minute walk from the house; many other trails are a short distance away. The house is very comfortable and our hosts even left snacks and bottled water in the 'fridge for us. We enjoyed being able to cook in the well-stocked kitchen and on the outdoor grill. We will definitely be repeat customers.

We could not have been more pleased with this adorable cottage. The location was super close to restaurants, shops, and trail access, plus the views were spectacular! The cottage has beautiful finishes, quality furnishings and linens and is clearly well cared for. Plus the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive. It felt like staying at a friend’s home rather than a stranger’s rental property. We hope to visit again in the future!
