« This was our second time staying for a week at the cabin. The house was fully stocked and very clean. The backyard is a beautiful oasis whether you enjoy swimming, canoeing, or relaxing in the hammock. We are already looking forward to next summer! »

« We had to share the house with big black ants. One of our company found ants in their bed. However, the management was responsive to a toilet issue, came right way and fixed. The listing was not accurate in the game room condition. The foosball table is broken, and the pool sticks are unusable, and apparently from past reviews will not be replaced anytime soon. (So no pool either) The fire table is unusable as well. It is a ride to the water, and that is the only way to cool down as the house...

« We stayed for 8 days, the house is comfortable and we enjoyed the stay. 3 Suggestions - Dishwasher did not work, did not have power. More towels for drying dishes would be helpful. Bed in downstairs bedroom is pretty worn out, would be good to consider replacing. Other than that it is warm, well lit and clean. »

« The house is amazing. We all thought it was also even bigger than the pictures made it seem, which we enjoyed. The hosts are extremely responsive. We loved having the paddle boat and paddle boards to use on the sunny days. »

« LOVE this house and location. Amazing home and fully stocked for any kind of meal or family gathering. Only 2 concerns I had from this stay. 1. The mattresses could really be updated with med form memory foam. (10 inches +) which would make the sleeping so much better. The mattresses are really soft and uneven which is easily addressed with the memory foam toppers?) 2. The Wi-Fi speed was way slower this year. I could not get more than 8mb download and 3mb upload. This made working on video...

« We loved this home! The view of the lake is beautiful, especially at sunset. The house is comfortable, and has alot of fun Maine and Moose maps, books, and decorations. We loved all the birds including a pair of loons. We saw both deer and moose footprints on the driveway. This is a magical place. »

« Don't get me wrong this is a nice place; and I'd feel blessed to own it myself. However, after staying at Moosehead Lake waterfront rentals for the past decade, it's overpriced for what it is and the customer service was atrocious. It's managed by Vacasa, which means when you ask questions, you get a response from someone at a call center who has no local knowledge of the property besides reading the same listing you already have access to. They have never been to the property or the Moosehead...

« Great place. Everything was exactly as described in the listing or better. Kitchen and bar area have everything you could ever need. Very clean, very comfortable and spacious house. Communication with the property manager was excellent, went above and beyond for us. Highly recommend. »
