« This is an amazing place for a winter escape (Seems great for other seasons, but we went in the winter). Directly on the beach with access for walks, and bird watching across the street at the wetlands. Hot tub is great, and the night sky views are incredible. House is really comfortable, with a large kitchen and dining area. Short trip to Lewes for dinner or brunch. »

« Rudy was a wonderful, caring, responsive and involved host. He contacted us frequently to make sure we were having a wonderful trip and made sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable time. What a special person. The weather was above average the first 4 days so we got to enjoy the kayaks and we got to enjoy fishing off of the dock. The fireplace at night was beautiful. Great location to the area. Got to enjoy something different every day! Thank you so much… we will definitely be back ! »

The closet door that appeared to cover the HVAC unit had fluffy tufts of dust and dirt stuck to the slats. The counters were greasy. There was residual food left in the bottom of the kitchen trashcan. The shower curtain had mold, dirt and hair stuck to it - I just went ahead and bought a new one and replaced it.
