« Overall the house and neighborhood were nice. The cleaning is lacking. There was visible mold, spider webs and dust in multiple places inside…we’re not particularly fussy about things but it was significant. The pullout bed had debris in it. We had spiders in the beds and ants in the kitchen and on the porch. On a positive note, the proximity to the trolley was great and the house would otherwise suit our needs for our family including a bunch of kids to get together. »

« The house is not fancy but cozy and feels like home. It can sleep a large amount of people and there is ample seating for meals for everyone. The kitchen has been updated since our last stay, which was nice. Now includes a dishwasher. The owner is very responsive and helpful if you need anything. Overall clean, although small details like the trim and corners of the bathroom could use a little touch up. FYI - there is no hairdryer there as mentioned in the description. « We had such a wonderful time staying at this property. The bedrooms/bathrooms/family room and downstairs layout were so perfect for our group of family friends with lots of teens! We used all the areas - including the outside carport and deck. The kitchen was really well stocked, and so were the towels/sheets etc. Caroline was a wonderful and responsive host - we didn’t have any issues, just a question or 2 and she responded immediately. We would stay here again! »
