The property is so unique and we’ll cherish the memories forever.We were a little surprised by how easily outside critters could access the property - they were in each night going through garbage, hot water and shower products were also on the light side for the price point, but otherwise great! »

« Very comfortable house, it had cool finishes like wall mounted night stands, custom vanities, sleeping loft and ladder, etc. Kitchen was fully functional with a small but well stocked grocery market very close to the house. The outdoor area and pool was private and great to hangout in. There was a strong handrail over the steps which helped me tremendously on my crutches. AC & WIFI worked great.It was perfect, I would stay there again for sure. »

« Property was more beautiful in person, but overall as described. The pool was warm, we spent hours in it day and night. We were a group of 6 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. The hosts were very communicative and connected us to reliable transport to and from the airport as well as golf carts to get us around and up the steep hill. Bring bug spray and noise canceling ear plugs because the party music from downtown is no joke. « We absolutely loved our stay at Villas del Rio this Jan/ Feb. As a family of 3 we decided to rent both the top and bottom suite for extra space and are glad we did. The home is so well set up, with everything we needed to settling into Sayulita for 10 days. The gardens and pool were beautiful, the beds were cozy and the area couldn't be more perfect if you want to be able to quickly get down to the beach or be in the mix of town. So many fantastic local spots to try, you'll never be bored....
