"Es war alles perfekt, deshalb war ich auchvdas 3 mal da. Allerdings hatte ich ein Zimmer Richtung stadtseite gebucht, da bin ich mir sehr sicher, und hatten eins in den hinterhof. Leider wird das nicht explizite auf der Bestätigungsmail geschrieben. Eine Kellnerin war sehr schnippich und unfreundlich, auch schon als wir im November da waren. Haben das auch an der Info mitgeteilt. Das ging ja garnicht. Ansonsten sehr gern wieder, dann mit stadtansicht."

"Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Es ist in Laufreichweite vom Hauptbahnhof. Die Innenstadt, Museen, Oper etc. sind auch gut zu erreichen. Trotzdem war es nachts angenehm ruhig, dass man problemlos mit offenen Fenster schlafen konnte. Das Hotel ist in einem guten Zustand. Der Wellnessbereich mit Fitness und Pool vollkommen ausreichend. Die Option des Late-checkout war sehr hilfreich und an genehm. Das ganze Hotel hat einen guten modernen Stil. "

"Mein Eckzimmer im ersten Stock war absolut leise. Ich habe nur minimal etwas von außen gehört und die Zimmernachbarn gar nicht. Auch für die Nacht die Lüftung auf niedrige Temperaturen einzustellen ging, was nicht so oft in anderen Hotels möglich ist. Von daher war ich voll zufrieden."

"Hotel front staff were very nice and helpful, always big smile which is not always seen with my past over 250+ hotels stay experience in Germany. Just one of the linen was so clean had suspicious red spot on it..Rest are all good. Great location and comfortable. "

"It's in a nice quiet area but perhaps a little too quiet. It's not too far to the inner city but you do have to walk a fair bit or get a taxi to get to the local bars or if you wanted to eat out."

"Easy street parking especially during the day. Excellent room, spacious, little fridge, coffee and tea. Nice view. Very friendly staff and also other travelers were kind. For some reason our door did not close (possibly my error because it is a soliddoor and lock) and it was open from 3-8pm. Other guests let the receptionist know who came up to close it. Nothing was stolen. Public transportation is excellent and Downtown is in walking distance (20 minutes). "
