« The cottage though small is very well appointed with kitchen and laundry appliances, The bathroom is also done well except there is no heating unit. We were there at Christmas and the night temperatures were near or at freezing. While the rest of the cottage was comfortable, the bathroom was very cold in the mornings. »

« This definitely fits the Cozy Cottage name. It’s updated and comfortable. We had a couple of maintenance issues, but communication with the property manager was very good. It needs to be stated in the description that the main BR has twin beds pushed together, not a true king size bed. Also there are no TVs in the bedrooms. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay at this property. »

« We enjoyed our stay in this cute cottage. It was my husband and I and it was a nice place to come relax after the fun on Franklin and campus activities. It is close enough to walk in order to get a little exercise (about 30 minutes) and we also had a car for the later nights. It was clean and comfortable and very private. We didn't cook more than toast and coffee but it appeared to have all that you would need and the bedding was clean and plus. We would definitely stay here again! »
