"It’s so hard to rate this property. The staff were fantastic, in particular Marcello on reception. The hotel is very dated and needs a makeover. A shower over the bath just doesn’t cut it these days. The area around the hotel is very dirty and seems unsafe, but I wasn’t harassed at all. There are lots of police and soldiers in and around the station. Overall, I’d go back again but some people may need to be wary of the location."

"This is a great hotel. The location couldn’t be better-it’s literally 1 minute away from the metro station and the train station. Although it is on a crowded block, the window isolation is super - we didn’t hear any street noise. Shower stream and WiFi signal are both very strong. It's not the most-centrally located property, so you're a bit of a walk from historical sites and other tourist interests. That being said, I never felt unsafe walking in the area at any time.
