This first floor apartment in the Delia Row Townhouse can easily accommodate the needs of four Lucky guests. You’ll enjoy front door access to Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest park and popular location for weddings, music and food festivals.

Enjoy a little “me time” curled up on the couch with a good book, or catching up on your favorite shows. The living room is complete with a Queen size pull-out sofa bed, a 37" flat screen tv and DVD player - plus a bonus library of DVDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom has an additional seating area to enjoy people watching, reading a book, or just enjoying the 50” television. When it’s time to get some shut-eye, slip between the sheets of the luxurious California King sized bed. Come morning, you’ll be ready for a whole new day of exploring Historic Savannah.

Start your day of exploration with a walk across Forsyth Park to nearby Sentient Bean for coffee and a scone. Enjoy a little antique shopping at Alex Raskin Antiques on Monterey Square. Whether you're in town for a quick business trip, a romantic retreat, or a longer stay with family, the Delia Row Townhome is the perfect choice! Savannah’s historic buildings, squares, and streets have been beautifully preserved through the dedicated efforts of the Historic Savannah Foundation. Founded before the invention of the automobile, parking can be limited.

Very clean. Next to the park. We walked yo river street. It was about 2 miles but got to see so much. So it was a really good location. We had to park on the street but there was plenty of spots. Only negative thing was the couch it was very uncomfortable. Could use replacing

Excellent location and easy access--just be ready for a bright room to sleep in
This property was located in an excellent location, but with that being said, the bedroom is at the front of the home and therefore, is very bright at night (even with the blinds closed). Outside on the main street directly in front of the rental is a street light and also 2 lights for the walking path around Forsyth Park. This makes for a very bright room with all of the light on the windows. I had read a previous comment regarding this, so I brought a cover with us to cover the closed blinds and it was still incredibly bright in the room. I also brought a sound machine with us because a previous reviewer commented on the street traffic noise at night. The sound machine worked perfectly to filter out the noise, but the cover I brought didn't. Overall, the house was very nice and such a great location. Very clean and all necessities were provided, even to include some fold up chairs to enjoy sitting in the park. Would recommend staying here, just be aware that the bedroom is very bright at night.

Management was great. Had an A/C issue and they were on it immediately. The mattress and sofa are garbage. It ruins a vacation when you have to sleep on a mattress that is past its useful life and a sofa where the springs poke your rear. Owners: do the right thing and replace the furniture when it needs replacing. I shared with the management company and could infer from the very politely stated reply they knew it was an issue that wasn’t going to be handled by the owner. That’s a shame. Unfortunately I will remember Lucky Savannah as the property with the bad furniture. Lease with caution. Four nights of my husband and I falling into each other in the middle of the bed and I’m glad to be home.

Excellent location for walkers. About a mile to the river/downtown area. The apartment was very clean, quiet, comfortable bed and well stocked kitchen. I would add curtains to bedroom to block out street lights as the blinds aren’t enough.

Returning Home
As a native to Savannah from my childhood, I wanted a place to bring my family so we could explore together. I knew Forsyth would be great for the kids to run around and get energy out, and being in the middle of town is a great location. I could’ve never guessed I’d find such a perfect little place right on the main arteries through town. Perfect place if you don’t want to do much driving once you’re here, and it was very peaceful when we did spend time inside. They had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We will be back!

We had issues with air conditioning upon arrival. Landlord addressed but Lucky did not follow up to be sure all was resolved. Floor under king bed was filthy- not good with a crawling baby. No drain plug in bathtub. Again a problem with bathing 2 babies. Otherwise all good!

Great Stay
The property was great. It has everything you need. The bed was very comfortable and there was a nice large closet in the bathroom. The best part is the view from the bedroom windows. You can see all of Forsyth Park. Parking was also easy and free on the street next to the building.

The apartment itself is very comfortable and nice, furnished well, great view of Forsyth Park. The building, however, lacks any semblence of insulation, every sound and footstep in the adjacent staircase and upstairs apartment is amplified by the high ceilings. Light sleepers beware!

We loved this beautiful apartment. It was well laid out and very well decorated. It's what Paris apartments wished they looked like. The key was that it had large windows in every room, which is key in moody, shady Savannah. I suppose we could have chosen an apartment closer to the town centre, but we came to feel lucky that we would have the privilege of walking in such a pretty park past the illustrious fountain every day. That the place was professionally managed was evident. First the slickness of check in - just emails and code numbers - easy peasy, then the faultless decor, then the comfy bed and the well-equipped kitchen, then the newness of everything and upscale toiletries... It was perfect. Well, near perfect... If I had to mention two faults, it would be that the couch, though very pretty, felt cheap - like its base cushions were made of cardboard or something, and also, we were lucky that the upstairs residents were away for much of our stay, but they were very clunky and loud when they were in. It's an old house, so it's to be expected, plus we're Canadian so we aren't used to people wearing shoes in the house. No worries, though. I would still highly recommend this place. We'd stay again.

Savannah Getaway
We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The apartment was located in the best possible location for our trip. Every morning we got to see the beautiful Forsyth park in its full glory. Farmers market one day, festival the next. Walking distance from Collins quarter in Forsyth, sentient bean which is an awesome vegetarian cafe, and Kroger. Literally everything you could want is walking distance away. Shopping malls are a bit further but we had a rental car so making those trips was about a 17 min drive. If you do rent a car I would park on Bolton, there is plenty of parking on that street most days for the residents in the area. Only down side about the rental was the lack of certain supplies. They did have trash cans in the back yard and bathroom, but we didn’t notice one anywhere in the kitchen. And they provide travel sized shampoo and conditioner, lotion, dish soap, but if you’re staying a week or more, I would just go to the Kroger and get more of those items to bring with you so you don’t run out. Other than that, the place was FANTASTIC. Apartment was big, bright and had a large comfortable bed with a pull out bed in the living room. Also has a small private backyard which we really enjoyed spending our mornings in. I would stay here again absolutely.

I will start by saying the unit is in a great location, very clean and presentable. The issue was if you wanted to sleep as the unit above was very loud playing loud music, stomping and yelling all night long till 4am. Management was helpful after we complained to home away and it improved for half a day. Management mentioned they don’t have control the unit above.

Great location
The property had a great location and was within walking distance to many of Savannah’s highlights. Check in was a breeze, place was well stocked and clean. The master bed was comfortable as well. However, I Wish the bedroom had curtains. The blinds were not sufficient in blocking out street light.
