« We really enjoyed this apartment and found it filled our needs in almost every way. The location was outstanding (near freeways, near great north Oakland/Berkeley neighborhoods). The bedrooms and fold out bed – including the door and privacy curtains in the living room - made for 3 nicely functional bedrooms. The kitchen, laundry room, breakfast nook: all great. Only critique: reading lamps! This made the fold out bedroom especially awkward (thankfully I had my headlamp for reading in bed). But...

« We enjoyed our stay. House looks great and everything was in good condition. The view from the living room is something that we enjoyed a lot. The location and neighborhood have a feeling of safety and having a space of off-street parking was excellent. Fridge needs a new light bulb and only one quarter of a kitchen paper towel was left for us. Those were the only two aspect that I can mention as improvements for a full 5 starts experience. « We were surprised by the late request for off-platform payment and additional request for ID verification, but once we worked through those issues with the host, we had a very pleasant stay. Our group of 8 adults had a relaxing weekend at this clean and spacious house. There were plenty of beds available so that each person was able to sleep comfortably, the kitchen was well stocked, the common areas had a variety of seating options, and the hot tub was great for relaxing at the end of the day....
