Last-minute find
I decided to extend my stay in Bradenton with only a few weeks to book another VRBO. This condo was exactly what I needed. Not only was it cozy and quiet, it is part of a complex that offers great amenities. Anything I needed was generously provided. There was also lots of shopping and restaurants very close by. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent place for our family to stay. We have two kids under 10. They love the pool and the basketball hoop. The condo itself was very very clean. Very convenient to grocery stores and a couple of restaurants.

Father / Son Baseball Showcase Weekend
The property was exactly what we were looking for. Closer than I thought to the IMG Academy and plenty of food options. The rooms were nice, beds comfy and AC worked well. Complex Club House and pool were great amenities. We were very satisfied with the condo and plan on using it again if the need/opportunit arises. Thank you!

We enjoyed the condo. Great location. Pool rules are to strict with kids about jumping in pools and as an adult it’s nice to have a beer sitting around the pool- I’m an adult and we know how to act. Just a bit to strict when your on vacation.

We have stayed in this development twice before and have been very happy. This unit is in need of some major upgrades. The counters and vanities have old formica tops and the following was observed: - carpet had spots and snags in hall and MBR - right outlet in MBR one socket was not working - blinds missing and bent at sliding door - stove knobs loose - microwave had a rusted spot in the corner - rusted freezer racks in fridge - dishwasher is extremely loud - MBR bath vent very loud - dresser drawer stuck - wasp nests in stairs and walkway - broken iron board - toilet in guest bath not flushing properly The positives: It was clean and had a newer washer/dryer.

Great location/ stores close/ pool close to our unit/ clean unit but should consider upgrading Kitchen and bathrooms to keep up with market . Appliance upgrades considered and Stove should be replaced burners and oven didn’t heat constantly however did work. Close to main access roads to beaches. On-site tennis, pickle,ball, 2 pools, bochi courts nice to have on site.

I searched MANY places to stay before deciding on this one. Excellent choice! Communication with the owner was quick and always friendly. The condo was extremely clean, comfortable and we felt safe and at home. We didn’t use the properties amenities but we did walk around and it was all very nice! If you are looking for a place to stay in the Bradenton area, you will love this condo! It was just my husband and myself, but the extra bedroom and bathroom were fantastic and I loved the extra space of the condo. We had to shorten our stay and the owner was willing to work with us and that was so much appreciated! Great choice, great time! 🤗🤗

Great
My husband and I stayed at this unit for a week in June. The owners was very prompt in response to us. The location was great. Walking distance to shops, grocery, restaurants and just minutes from IMG Academy which is the main reason we chose this unit. Literally took us 8 minutes to the beach. The ONLY thing I would suggest is getting the carpet deep cleaned but I get the turnover for rentals in regard to time. Just something to consider. Other than that the unit is well stocked with your basic needs, it was very clean and a quiet neighborhood. I will definitely be staying here every year! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your condo.

Great Value for a clean condo with amenities
This is my first time staying at this unit. I have stayed at other units in shorewalk in the past and this one was better than the others. Easy check in. Quiet neighbors. Everything you need is in the apartment including dishes, but plan to bring personal toiletries like soap and shampoo as well as laundry detergent. I used all of the appliances since I stayed for over a week and everything works great. Close to everything. Beaches are 15-20 minutes away (more with heavy traffic). Shorewalk amenities are old but everything works and everyone is polite and helpful. I can’t overstate how happy we were with our stay.
