Pros and Cons of house
The pros:
1. clean house
2. enough bedrooms for our family of 6 adults plus a baby(we rented the apartment too so that gave us the extra room)
3. Hot tub was great
4. dining room table big enough for whole family to eat at
5. Even though house was on a busy street you didn't hear the traffic inside the house but definitely outside you did.
6. Had 3 beach chairs however 1 was broke.
7. Had beach toys for the little one
8. Close to Yoder's
9. close to several Publix's.
Cons
1. I've stayed in nicer places with VRBO for less money and the family fit in it too.
2. No instructions or welcome booklet for the house.
3. TV is all streaming however some people forgot to sign out of their channels which we took advantage of.
4. Kitchen is not very well equipped if you're going to do any cooking. I've stayed at houses with alot more. There were no spices which people usually leave behind at other houses. There was salt and pepper. No wine glasses.
5. Gas grill outside is very rusted, dirty looking.
6. Pool water was cold. We assumed it was heated but it's not so we used the hot tub every night.
7. The house could use some updating.
8. If you leave any item that is yours at the house the host will charge you $25 plus shipping to send it back to you. I've never heard that one before.
In all it was an OK stay. We managed with what we had and still enjoyed our trip. We travel to Sarasota every year sometimes renting same house but we won't this one.
