Westside Hacienda House

3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, 1 Office, Two Car Garage located in the new Valencia Park subdivision. Located just across the state line, just minutes from the West Side of El Paso and IH-10. Conveniently located less than 10 minutes from West Towne Marketplace featuring ample dining, entertainment, and shopping. The property features an open concept layout, central air-conditioner and heating, tile flooring, and new stainless steel kitchen appliances, as well as new quartz counters in the kitchen and bathrooms.

The master bath features a garden jacuzzi tub, walk in shower and walk in closet. The master bedroom plus the living room feature new flat screen TV’s, The beds are high end comfort with soft sheets and duvet covers.

We have added even more disinfecting processes to our already stringent cleaning procedures and provide everything you could ever need for a clean, safe and enjoyable stay.



One king bed in master with attached bath and walk in closet, second bedroom one queen with closet, and bedroom three features one queen with closet. This property comfortably sleeps six people.

The property includes WiFi and smart TVs (have Amazon Prime, Netlfix, etc. capability) as well as an attached two car garage. The open living area features a 70" inch flat screen TV and a plush sofa. The property also has a washer and dryer. You will not be disappointed with this property it’s truly a comfy Hacienda in the desert.

Gorgeous house!
This house was absolutely fantastic!!!! It’s a spacious home in a quiet neighborhood. There’s a park within walking distance. Everything was clean and absolutely perfect. Isaiah the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. I had an issue not in regards to the home but that could have extended our stay. He was willing to work with me and potentially extending our stay. It was an amazing home, area and host. Highly recommend!!!!!!!

House was amazing. Very clean, very neat. Nice backyard. Backyard had pretty old dog poop that would have been nice to have it cleaned for the kids, but cleaning it ourselves was easy. Entrance to property was easy and well communicated. Microwave door handle broken off which made using it a bit difficult, but not the biggest deal. Overall great place to stay would highly recommend it!

Great weekend in Santa Teresa
The house was big and nice, in a nice neighborhood and located a few minutes from I-10. We did some hiking in the Franklin Mountains, went to the Aztec Caves, got up to Las Cruses, down to Jaurez and several spots in El Paso.

What a beautiful home. Well maintained. The backyard is perfect for kids and even has a small charcoal grill available. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is close to mall, restaurants, and grocery stores. The owners were easy to reach and quick to respond. Very accommodating. We will stay here next time we visit. It’s in a very nice, safe neighborhood. Can’t wait to visit again!!
