WaterColor Amenity wristbands are given based on actual guest count with a MAXIMUM number of 14. *Home sleeps 14 guests who are OVER 5 and 4 guests who are 4 years old or younger.* Additional wristbands, over the maximum, are not available. Wristbands provide full access to WaterColor Resort Amenities including the Beach Club, Camp WaterColor, and neighborhood pools. Children under 5 years of age do not require an amenity band. Relax on the couch for an intimate fire in the gas fireplace or watch your favorite movie with your loved ones. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a beverage and wine bar, a large island with seating for 7, and a beautiful dining table that offers seating for 12 guests. Just off the kitchen and living room, the entire back portion of the home features accordion style doors for unobstructed views of the porch and pool. The outdoor space of this home features a luxury kitchen and gas grill with a lounge space for the whole family to enjoy being together. The entire property has Sonos Wireless Surround Sound capability, so you never have to pause your favorite song. On those rare rainy days, the media room is the perfect retreat with a full surround sound system to enjoy a good movie while curled up on the comfortable sectional couch. Throughout the home you will find beautifully and warmly decorated king guest bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms for the ultimate relaxation. - NO Events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- NO PET HOME. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION, plus additional cleaning charges.
- WaterColor HOA allows ONE golf cart per address- you may not rent a second cart if the home you have rented offers one. All golf cart rentals in Watercolor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to a specific amount throughout the community at any given time. Cart rentals are granted on a first-come, first-served based. Watercolor condos cannot rent golf carts.

POOL/SPA: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat IS NOT available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.

BIKES: The quote you will receive includes 6 Beach Cruisers.

RESERVATION/BOOKING POLICY
- MINIMUM AGE: All properties require a minimum of one adult OVER THE AGE of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- RATES: SATURDAY TO SATURDAY ONLY - Spring Break and Summer.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 cancelation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- We accept Visa, M/C, Discover, and AmEx credit cards.
- CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM
- CLEANING: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
