Great Place, Poor Management
The home, pool, and location were great. The beds were comfortable and the house fit our needs perfectly; but we will not be staying with Pinkie Flamingo properties again. Check in was supposed to be at 4. We did not get full access to the home until 7pm. When we DID get access that evening, we still had to wash and dry the pillow cases and towels and had to do the dishes that were left by prior guests. I reached out to management to make it right and got NO response. Guests pay hefty cleaning fees and are expected to check out on time, so we should be able to check IN at the expected time, especially after a long day of traveling and having young children that need to sleep. The golf cart broke down on the side of the road and despite calls and texts we got no management or maintenance help for 3 hours. We ended up having to handle the issue ourselves. We are very easy going, low maintenance guests, but these experiences could have been managed significantly better.

Great place for High School Girls Spring Break!
Really loved having our own private pool/hot tub, bikes included with the rental and a golf cart! Great spring break rental for 5 high school senior girls and 1 mom :)

Nearly perfect!
We loved this little bungalow and would definitely stay there again. The only miscue was that we paid for a heated pool and it was icy cold when we got there. Granted, they had someone out by 8:30 the next morning to turn it in, but it then took most of the day to warm up. This really should have been taken care of before we arrived, since we paid extra for the service. But the maintenance guys were outstanding, responding so promptly to our concerns — the golf cart broke down once and we had some fire ants. The golf cart had to be towed one evening and was back before noon the next day. The house itself is well stocked and the beds are comfy. Overall, an excellent visit.

Seagrove Sandcastle on 30 A
This property was not the absolute best place we have stayed but it wasn't the worst either. I would consider it a good value for what we paid. The location is great and having a golf cart to get to the beach and restaurants was a bonus. The property has a few things that need to be fixed and then it will be fantastic. The refrigerator motor makes a very loud sound as it cools and it wakes you up in the middle of the night. I sent the owners a video and I am sure it will be fixed. The pool guy came to heat the pool and it only stayed heated for 1 day - we also let the owners know about this and they did refund our money to have the pool/hottub heated. The main reason we choose this property over the others was because of the hottub - my husband likes to get early in the mornings to start his day - so that was a slight disappointment. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The front door did not have a lock that prevented the toddlers from opening the door - so when we were inside we had to block the door with a chair or furniture to keep the kids from going out. i would recommend this property to families with children old enough to come/go or couples.
