"View from the terrace has a beautiful mountain view and is great for watching the hustle and bustle of the street below. Easy walk to the train station, lots of stores and restaurants close by. "The apartment is so lovely. It is a very spacious property and in a good location to explore all of Naples. The communication from the host was excellent and they were very attentive and quick to respond to any queries. "I had an exceptional stay at Maria's Bright Flat near Napoli's Il Duomo. "Overall, this location was amazing. The only potential downside for others is accessibility as the unit is located in the middle of a long staircase. However, this was not an issue for us and ended up adding to the overall experience as the view from the stairs is amazing. The unit was clean and worked perfectly for me and my partner during our short visit to Naples."

"Overall, this was a nice place. The owners did a great job of welcoming us. The only issue was that the tourist tax was higher than expected but in the end it’s not the owners that set that fee, it’s the socialist Italian government that taxes EVERYTHING to death. "The apartment is perfectly located to enjoy the life of Via Dei Tribunali. We walked everywhere which was fantastic and easy.The apartment had just what we needed. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. The property manager was amazing, he checked on us via messages regularly. He gave us recommendations of places to see and restaurants to visit. There were books and phamplets in the apartment about local sights. The apartment is in the historic district near the Metro station and on one of the busiest streets in Naples. There is a grocery store that you can see from the balconies. The beds were very comfortable. I would stay here again. "

Asked for a new room but was denied, refused refund so we could check into an actual hotel but were told they have a no refund policy. Do not stay here especially when you can stay at another hotel very close for $10 more a night."

"This hotel surprised me. I am an interior designer from the states so I have high standards for interiors but had intended on staying at this property out of convenience. I booked it last minute due to its proximity to the train station and port. The lobby is tastefully done, the front desk staff was extremely welcoming and helpful in recommending dinner options. Check in process was a breeze and I was very pleased with the room accommodations, size, and bathroom. It’s not in the greatest area of town but I did feel safe walking to grab a bite to eat. Would stay again for this same intended purpose. "

"The hotel interior was lovely with an old world feel but with modern amenities. I was only there for one night but would stay there again if passing through Naples. Any negatives about the property are the negatives of Naples itself (the square in front on the hotel was strewn with cigarette butts, garbage and graffiti) and beyond the hotel's control. Barbara at the front desk was lovely and recommended an excellent breakfast spot for that morning as well as assisting us with taxis and airport transfers. We left too early the next morning to try out their breakfast. The accessibility of the hotel is, unfortunately, poor. There are seven steps up to the front desk and the elevator, though the elevator is large enough to fit a standard wheelchair. Other thing to be aware of: the hotel is in a pedestrian zone so taxis or other transportation may not be able to drop off/pick up from the hotel directly depending on their permits or the time of day. Again, not a big deal to walk a block or two, unless you have mobility issues."

"Very clean and quiet property. Beds were incredibly comfortable.The restaurant and bar was expensive, but well worth it because the meal that I had was absolutely delicious. The free breakfast buffet had a large variety of food and was top quality. Also, if you are renting a car in Naples you will very quickly realize that parking spots are at a premium and very difficult to find so underground parking offered by this establishment is convenient. However it does cost 20 euros per day. Overall I enjoyed my 4 night stay here and would highly recommend it."
