Casita Bella: rustic contemporary, quiet private across from Four Seasons

Tranquil, sophisticated, rustic chic Casita Bella is nestled in the foothills of the majestic Sangre de Cristo mountains just minutes north of downtown Santa Fe in a small community named Pueblo Encantado consisting of 36 condos spread across 95 private acres of unadulterated beauty.

Casita Bella offers a refined mountain lodge experience. The LIVING ROOM is beautifully appointed with leather seating, 55" samsung tv and blue ray dvd player and internet throughout, fireplace, leather writing desk and tasteful, rustic wall art. The KITCHEN is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances, Cuisinart cookware, granite counters and Bose bluetooth speaker. On the same level as the kitchen is a cozy DINING ROOM with marble table and antique hutch. The MASTER BEDROOM offers a Michael Taylor designed king-size bed, high thread count linens, kiva fireplace, writing desk, oversize reading chair and large closet. The 2ND BEDROOM has a queen size solid teak 4 post bed with upscale linens, reading chair, chest of drawers, 32" TV, and large closet. BATHROOMS are appointed with Aveda travel soaps/shampoo. The master bath has a step in tub and 2nd bath has an updated marble-tiled shower. The oversized PATIO is slightly canopied by sculpted piñon trees, Hanamint patio furniture, bistro table and 4 chairs, clay fire-pot and magnificent views of Jemez mountain range and Santa Fe Opera House way in the distance.

Enjoy countless trails and hiking paths up the hill tops right outside your door. A pool (heated between end of May and October) is 20 yards away. Opera House is 7 minutes away. Four Seasons Resort is across the street from Pueblo Encantado. Downtown Santa Fe and world renown art galleries are 10 highway miles south (12 minutes drive). For those who enjoy true peace and quiet, a magnificent night sky awaits on our patio ABSOLUTELY FREE OF NOISE!

This is the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. The location was great: very few neighbors, beautiful views, close to Santa Fe Plaza and amazing hikes nearby. The kitchen was lovely with every cooking item needed. The layout and furniture are all well designed and conducive to multiple guests. Finally, the owners were wonderful to work with. We highly recommend this lovely unit.

I have never stayed in a rental as gorgeous as this one. All of the artwork and furniture is premium quality and there are so many little areas to relax on and off the property. The heated pool was a plus! The hots were lightning fast with responses. We enjoyed a fire in the living room and in the chiminea on the outdoor patio! I would rebook if staying near Santa Fe again. It was perfect distance to the Santa Fe National Forest and Toas and also just a quik drive to downtown Santa Fe.

We stayed at this great condo. It was not far from where Mom lived in her assisted living complex. The condo was comfortable and we slept well. We brought our dog which was wonderful. He too was comfortable in the space. The area is quiet and we enjoyed the natural surroundings. Great weekend. Would like to go back in the warmer seasons to enjoy the patio.

We had a wonderful experience at Casita Bella and enjoyed the hospitality provided. Check in was flawless, cleanliness was spotless and the accuracy of the listing was spot on. Location is ideal for early morning hikes at the base of the Santo Cristo mountains and birdwatching or photography of the Rocky Mountain ranges. Easy access to explore northern NM as well as downtown Santa Fe. Absolutely delighted with our stay and appreciate being accomodated for an extended stay.

Amazing condo!

This is a lovely, spacious condo located just outside the city. Serene and quiet at night but only minutes from all the oldtown fun. Many thoughtful touches from our hosts, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens and paper goods. The courtyard is quite spacious and comfortable. Our hosts were immediately responsive and extraordinarily helpful, especially for a holiday weekend. An exceptional stay.

This property is amazing! Every detail covered. Wood burning fireplace, beautifully decorated, well-stocked kitchen, picturesque views, great location. We have stayed at other units in this neighborhood and this one had the best patio. The landscape provides privacy. The interior was decorated nicely and comfortable sofa. Easy to use TV. We only used the bed in the main bedroom and it was comfortable. A/C worked to our satisfaction as well. The grill is on the smaller side, and owners are looking into upgrading it. Walking distance to pool. Communication with Owner very good. Otherwise, we had a lovely and relaxing visit.! Looking forward to our next trip there.
