Quiet, Upper Riviera Villa Apartment with a Fantastic Ocean View.

Enjoy the spectacular Mediterranean climate from this Exquisite Upper Riviera Villa Apartment. The Villa Luna Apartment is completely private and consists of the bright light-filled living/dining area features fireplace, cable flat screen TV, high speed Wi-Fi internet, parquet floors and archway to a tiled kitchen. The master bedroom features soaring ceiling, a queen bed, fireplace, cable flat screen TV, DVD player, ocean view and a bay window. The one bathroom has a full tiled combination tub/shower.
The bonus “OPEN LOFT” overlooks the master bedroom below. The loft is accessed with a spiral staircase. The open loft with breathtaking views features a double bed, sitting area with large windows to view the Channel Islands, ocean waves and sunsets.

We will provide all the basics for the kitchen: such as plates, silverware, glassware, pots and pans, utensils, coffee maker. Hair dryer, iron, soaps, paper towels, cleaning supplies, toilet tissue, Kleenex and trash bags. The start-up set of supplies is not replenished.
Our washer and dryer are located upstairs in our laundry room. Our guests are welcome to use them.

Step out your door into a secluded tropical garden and brick-lined courtyard filled with lush landscaping, exotic plants, flowers and luscious fruit trees. A private patio with BBQ and handcrafted tiled tables provide a perfect setting for dining.
The apartment offers a private entrance and private off-street parking for ONE car. Our facilities, parking, gardens, patio and BBQ are for our guests only. Our place is not suitable for parties.

The quiet, serene residential neighborhood is within walking distance to Franceschi Park with its magnificent views and peaceful setting. Attractions include the nearby Mission Santa Barbara, Botanical gardens, Granada, Arlington and Lobero Theatres, Zoo, Historic Courthouse, Lotusland, Museum of Art and not-to-be-missed, Saturday morning farmers market and Sunday craft/art show along the beach.

Spectacular stay
This house is truly a gem nestled above one of the most beautiful cities in the US. Wolfgang and Deanna made us feel at home from our first arrival, leaving a lovely basket of snacks and wine. The guest house is well stocked with blankets, pillows, and more than enough towels. The kitchen, while small, has everything you need for day to day cooking. Finally, the photos of the backyard garden don’t do it justice. The views, the flora and fauna (hummingbirds, blue jays, and occasional deer!) are fantastic. The hardest part of our stay was having to leave this place. We hope to come back again!

What a view
This property is located on the upper Riviera, and has a fantastic view down to Santa Barbara and the Pacific and Channel Islands. The grounds extend downhill and are filled with flowers and succulents of all kinds. Wolfgang is a great host.

Great place on upper Riviera
As pretty as the pictures. Beautiful views over Santa Barbara all the way out to the Channel Islands. The apartment makes the most of its small space, with a lovely terrace, including chairs and tables and a big BBQ. Wolfgang and and Deanna are wonderful, considerate and attentive hosts. We’ll be back again!

My Partner and I are having a lovely stay at Casa Luna in Part because of the Wolfgang’s easy ability to help us with just about anything. The view could not be better and since his partner Deanna is a well know ceramic artist her pieces enhance a lovely property. One does need a car to navigate the roads up here, a lovely hotel, The Belmond offers delicious dinning and also a gorgeous view as well as a good bar menu and is relatively close. The area offers the Santa Barbara Mission as well as the Natural History museum., excellent biking and hiking opportunities Susan Conner

More Than A Little Bit of Heaven
Villa Luna fulfilled all our needs as a relaxing & beautiful getaway. The views are breathtaking and the overall property is beautifully landscaped, clean & well furnished. Deanna & Wolfgang are the perfect hosts as their main priority is for you to enjoy yourself & all that Santa Barbara has to offer. They are around when needed, afford you privacy & share in the joy of Villa Luna. Simply put, it was great! We fully understand why Santa Barbara is known as "The American Riviera." We will stay here again for an extended period.

Excellent location & view and landlord was the best!
Very, very nice apartment. You can see that the owner has put a huge amount of personal time and interest into picking furnishings, decoration, and supplies. Very homey and at the same time very clean. Excellent privacy inside, and outside too where you have a patio with chairs and a table, lawn chairs, and again, much attention by the landlord in making the grounds beautiful and interesting. Even a big gas barbecue at your disposal in your patio. The landlord was very attentive to our needs and is very, very helpful, accommodating, and friendly.

Santa Barbara perfection !!
The Villa’s views of Santa Barbara, the ocean and Channel Islands beyond are amazing. At night it magical. The gardens and patio area are so relaxing and inviting, that one feels privileged to have the opportunity to experience this part of the Santa Barbara life style. Wolfgang and Deanna are the perfect hosts. The apartment is charming and well stocked with all those items you never thought to bring like bandages and spices, as well as the items you would hope to find. A great start up basket so you don’t have to run to the store first thing. The whole experience was so wonderful that we leased an apartment 4 blocks away!

My husband and I had a comfortable stay at Villa Luna. The apartment is attractive and well supplied. There is a private patio that looks out to the Channel Islands and downtown Santa Barbara. We loved our stay at Villa Luna !
This property is amazing, beautiful views and garden area. We were only there for a few days and didn't get as much time as we would have liked to just hang out at this property. The apartment was perfect, everything you would need, spacious, clean and comfortable. Location is great with easy access to downtown. Very much looking forward to returning one day soon!! Relaxing getaway
This well appointed cottage was perfect for my husband and I. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood overlooking Santa Barbara. It feels very private and secluded yet it is within 10-15 minutes of the beach, state street with shopping and restaurants and all Santa Barbara has to offer. Lots of amazing restaurants to choose from or you can enjoy the cottage and Barbecue. Wolfgang was very easy to work with and very accommodating. Lots of little extras. We loved eating outside on the patio and watching and listening to the chipmunks and the birds. Deanna supplied bird food and I was able to fill the bird feeder to get a free nature show. The shower had just the perfect water pressure and temperature after venturing out all day. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There isn't any air conditioning but we didn't need it. We kept the windows open to allow the cool breezes in. It is such a nice cottage we hated to leave. We also enjoyed the fireplace on our anniversary. We hope to return and stay in this home away from home cottage in the future.

Wir haben uns rindum wohl gefühlt. Die Zwei Betten waren bequem, die Küche gut ausgestattet, die Handtücher hatten eine gute Qualität. A beautiful, cozy, spotlessly clean apartment in an absolutely gorgeous location. The property owners are onsite and available to answer questions, but are not at all intrusive. The apartment is very tastefully furnished with lovely antiques and art, and the view from the private patio is breathtaking. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful and Peaceful Santa Barbara retreat
My adult daughter and I spent 4 nights at this lovely home. Located in the Upper Riviera section of Santa Barbara it has amazing views of SB and the ocean. The unit is very clean and cozy. Plenty of linens, pots/pans/dishes, paper products and a lovely welcome basket with coffee and other goodies.The beds are comfy and the loft with its own sitting area and view is wonderful. Wolfgang, the owner lives on the premises and is there to help you with whatever you need. However, he is also completely unobtrusive if you don't! It is about a 10 minutes drive down to State Street and the ocean. We didn't mind the quick drive down (its beautiful) and loved coming back to the peace and quiet after the hustle and bustle of downtown. We took an Uber several times at night with no problem (about $8.00 one way). Have your morning coffee and evening wine on the patio looking at the ocean and red tile roofs, go to the ocean, visit the historic sites, eat at amazing restaurants. If you are thinking about visiting Santa Barbara (and you should!) and want more than a sterile hotel room, then stay at Villa Luna.

Wonderful Property!
This was our first trip to Santa Barbara. We pondered over all of the properties available, and we chose Villa Luna. We are very pleased with our decision. The view was spectacular and the apartment was cozy, comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated in an artistic manner. The unit was well-stocked with most anything a guest could need.The villa was above the city, but it was an easy drive to Santa Barbara attractions, ocean, restaurants, etc. Wolfgang was the perfect host. He was warm and friendly, always available but never intrusive, and quite respectful of our privacy. In short, a memorable experience and highly recommended!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Villa Luna. While we were hesitant at first about having to drive down to the beach, we quickly became entranced by our long walks in the neighborhood in the mornings. Amazing!
We had a wonderful stay here. The Villa was immaculate and the grounds were absolutely beautiful. The views of the harbor, both day and night, were a real treat, and the flower garden was large, private, and full of birdlife. It was very peaceful and we chose to spend a lot of time just relaxing in the garden. Very comfortable for our group of four and the fireplace was a pleasant touch.
