« We loved everything about this house except that the downstairs rooms are only accessible from the patio. No interior stairwell/hallway. We learned upon arrival that this hacienda style is common in Palmilla. We adjusted to it (momma had her monitors for the babies and the toddler), and had a great time. The house is beautiful, the furnishings are high end and comfortable, the pool and hot tub are super clean and perfect temperature and the ocean view is jaw dropping. We also had Sun Cabo...

« Home was clean, well stocked and had comfortable beds and furniture. Home even has water and sand toys, a cooler and a couple of beach chairs and tennis equipment. Grounds were immaculate with gorgeous landscaping, plenty of comfortable chairs, pools and a hot tub, and gorgeous views of the beach. Extremely safe and private. »

« A fantastic break from the Pacific Northwest to sun and sand for our extended family of 10. We used all six bedrooms and they were comfortable. Great beach access although lots of stairs so not for folks with mobility challenges. We had dinner made at the house three nights and it was fantastic. Beach was safe and comfortable for swimming. Lots of whales visible from the house and pool. Enjoy! »

« Well appointed and plenty of space for all of us. The pool and outside areas were used extensively and the fireplace was a nice during the cool evenings. A little bit outside the downtown of San Jose (10min drive) would need a vehicle or taxi. Golf course was In good shape. »

Any chef will enjoy the induction range and GreenPan cookware for gourmet meals, which can be served on the outdoor table overlooking the beach (and at this time of year, whales are visible just offshore).
