San Ysidro Vacation Packages

Hotel was very clean. Has valet service for $60 a night with unlimited ins and outs. As a VIP member, I received a free bottle of white wine. Also received $35 credit for either food or drinks and 2 free wine vouchers. I stayed on the 4th floor, which is where the pool is. It seemed like a good idea at first to have the pool near by; however, it was quite noisy in the morning when we were trying to sleep in. The room itself was nice. The only thing I didn’t like about it was the bathroom door. It’s a sliding door with no lock and it doesn’t fully cover the opening so you can peek through the side. It’s okay if you went with a partner or someone you’re comfortable with, but otherwise I would keep that in mind.

The units are large and comfortable. The grounds are clean and beautiful. It is a drive from anything but that was ok for us as we did our big grocery shop on the way in and spent most of our days exploring Southern California. Only let down was the pools were either not heated or if they were they were still cold.

This was my second stay at this property. The staff and l location are fantastic. On check-in, I did experience a foul odour of urine in my room. I reported this to reception and was provided a new room. My first stay was perfect, this time however; the odour in the room, and tiredness of the replacement room were a bit of a shame. The replacement room had a toilet seat that was not fixed to the toilet, the sink had a large crack in it, and the sink tap was wobbly and loose. Other than that, it is a great place to stay. A little more attention to wear and tear would get this property back to the standard I experienced on my first stay. In saying all of this, the water cooler on each floor was appreciated, as was the water and candy station located in reception. I would stay at this property again despite the mentioned issues.

Conveniently located near great dining options and attractions. Friendly and accommodating staff. Room was incredibly comfortable and felt a bit like home!

Out dated room. Carpet stained and smelled musty in the 2 bdrm suite. Ocean view was great.
