The villa consists of a spacious and luminous living room with dining area and big Plasma TV set, separate kitchen equipped with everything you might need, three bedrooms with classic wooden shutters on the windows, three bathrooms, BBQ area, three terraces, utility room with washing machines and ironing sets, a separate garage with storage room, and 2 own parking places.
Designed for comfortable accommodation of up to 9 people, for complete relaxation and enjoying Tenerife´s magic climate.
This Villa is equipped with everything you might need, for a luxurious and placid holiday.
Convenient location and proximity to both the Ocean and beach activities, and the Canary towns and entertainments. Easy to get anywhere in the island, using Public Buses.
The accommodation is situated all on one level, and is ideal for families with kids. The new black sand beach near the Tenerife Hotel Vinci is now finished and is just a few minutes walk from the Villa.
About 5 min walk to an exclusive Tenerife Vincci Hotel, where you can enjoy the fantastic sports facilities, described here above, like golf pitch & putt ( 9 holes), Golf school for different levels, tennis courts, paddle courts, squash court, and multisport gym located at Spa centre with jacuzzi/hot tub.
