"It took us a little while to find the property on our Google maps, but that is Venice. Be prepared to get lost. The property was clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful . It still has its true charm from 1904. There is not an elevator and our room was on the third floor , alot of stairs climb. That was not a problem for us, but it could be for someone with mobility issues. The breakfast was fantastic. It had bread, meat, cheese, juice, coffee, cereal, yoghurt everything you could want for breakfast. If we ever return to Venice, we would stay there again."

"One feels like a movie star arriving in a taxi boat that docks next to the hotel entrance. Hotel has great old world style and charm. 1 minute walk to St Marks Square. Breakfast staff were helpful. Nice buffet with bubbly prosecco available as a nice start to the day. Staff were pleasent and a good concierge service. Only thing that lets it down was no view whatsoever from our room. "

"Fabulous property with a perfect location. Every member of the staff went above and beyond and we’re already planning a return trip. We had an early departure and they even prepared breakfast boxes for us! Highly recommend! "
