« Our room was not available so they have transfer us two different rooms it was very outdated and very dark I was not satisfied so they eventually moved us to a room that was similar as to what I had reserved that did make me happy and please however they need to get handicap bars in the shower and by the bath toilet and they need to have an update I Believe on especially that room that they were going to put us in it was dark and dreary and very old appointed »

« On the positive side, it was a great location, reasonably priced, and the room size was good, with a small kitchen, dining room table, and king-sized bed. There were some inconveniences. the lighting was very poor, and some of the lights had odd yellow tints to them. The bar of soap they gave you was tiny--basically enough for just two showers. The door had difficulty locking because the deadbolt didn't line up exactly with the hole. And the shower door didn't stay closed. So, big picture issues...

« I was traveling alone, w I th my dog. I had no problems, but when walking my dog in general area, it felt a little sketchy due to numerous vagrants after dark. The motel was clean and comfortable and quiet. As i couldnt go anywhere nearby for a snack, i opted for a snack from from front desk...thought $3.00 a bit much for a very small bag of chips. The breakfast was very nice and the server was most friendly and made me feel comfortable. »

« This motel is charming by its location and the original side of its rooms (style forest hut), you should know that it is a little outdated and that it would surely need a touch of paint and replacement of broken tiles. This being the case, it is relatively ok to spend one or two nights on the condition of not having a noisy neighbor (the walls are thin). If the young woman of the reception can advise you on the bars and restaurants of the area, she is however totally incompetent to manage...
