Each bedroom is a sanctuary, with the first offering a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and TV. The second bedroom features a full bed and ensuite bathroom, while the final bedroom boasts a full bed. An additional full bathroom ensures convenience for all guests.

Step outside to a sunny lawn with a BBQ, firepit, and outdoor bench—perfect for unwinding under the Southern California sky. More seating on the charming front porch gives you the ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee.

- This home is located near a freeway, so it may be noisy at times.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Great getaway from the desert heat retreat!
The house itself is absolutely lovely and was perfect for what we needed for our short vacation away from the summer heat of the Coachella Valley. I would give this place five stars across the board had it not just been for two things that I wish the owners would consider fixing. One, is there is absolutely no privacy with the front door. It is glass and you can see straight out to the street/sidewalk and vice versa. It is a busy street and a lot of families, people walking their dogs, etc. so if you’re sitting in the living room or really anywhere on the first floor, they can look directly in and see what you’re doing. They should definitely think about putting some sort of privacy film, or even some kind of a curtain on the front door for some added privacy . Upstairs, in the primary bedroom, it would be great to have either blackout curtains or some kind of sunblocking shade on the wondows. Unless you’re someone who likes being woken up by a lot of sunlight in the morning, you’ll need to bring something to cover the windows with. Other than that, the house was absolutely perfect and would definitely stay there again.

Family Time
In San Diego for family reunion with the house location close to everything. Even able to walk to near by markets and grocery store. As well as cafes and nightlife. As the description mentions that there is traffic noise which wasn’t an issue for us. Only issue for me, is to have a covering/blinds on the front door for privacy. Since a lot of walking traffic in the neighborhood. Overall, very cozy and comfortable, especially with air conditioning available.. I visit SD frequently sine all my family lives here so I would definitely stay here in the future.

Beautiful and spacious home
We had our family ( 2 adults, 2 kids) stay at this property and we absolutely loved it. They responded within minutes every time I had a question and the home was extremely clean when we arrived. My wife and I have always had something go wrong when we book some thing and this is the first time everything was perfect. The bathrooms were huge and everything worked great. Bedrooms Were extremely comfortable! It’s a cute and quiet little neighborhood. We will try to book this place again when we stay in San Diego!

Great place for two families
We stayed with 4 adults and a 1,2, 3 year old. The place was stocked well with everything we needed in the kitchen, very little human friendly with little “baby proofing” needed. Great host communication from the company. You can tell this is their job and they do it well. The location was great to get to all the things we wanted to do and the kiddos loved running around in the fenced in front yard. Not a flaw on their part, but we did notice the gas stove knobs to be VERY touchy, and often turned them on on accident when reaching into the microwave or bumping them walking past. Just something to be mindful of when staying here. We highly recommend the property and will stay again if we ever venture back to SD.
