Inside, the bright and stylish spaces keep the fun California vibe going. Spend your days hitting the waves and your evenings watching the sunset around the fire pit with your favorite beverage!

The Space:

These two spacious beach bungalows are perfect for families or large groups traveling together! You’ll be walking distance from restaurants and bars along the boardwalk and just steps from the beach. Located on the main courtyard to the ocean, these homes are known for their prime location. The flexible sleeping arrangements include two queen beds, two twin beds, two daybeds with twin trundles, two pack 'n play cribs, and inflatable mattresses.

The two fully equipped kitchens are perfect for cooking at home, with gas range ovens, dishwashers, microwaves, coffee makers, and all the kitchen essentials. Whether you're making quick snacks or a full meal, everything you need is on hand!

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, watch your favorite shows on Smart TVs, and cool off in the summer with AC. You’ll have three tandem parking spaces in the driveway, an on-site washer and dryer, and two private yards for relaxing or gathering with friends.

Outside, the fun continues with a ping pong table, fitness area, selfie wall, ring toss, Connect 4, cornhole, and mini golf. Beach gear like chairs, towels, boogie boards, volleyballs, footballs, and frisbees are provided too. Fire up one of the two gas grills for an outdoor meal, and wind down around the fire pit after a day of activities. Need a quick workout? The outdoor fitness area has you covered. The fully fenced yard also ensures a safe space for kids and pets.

The homes don’t share any walls, giving you complete privacy—a rare find in Mission Beach! You’ll have full access to both front yards, the driveway, and all the outdoor amenities, as well as the entire inside of the bungalows

Interaction with Guests:

We value your privacy and offer a flexible and convenient self check-in process. Keypad entry codes and check-in instructions are given 24 hours before your arrival date. We are available by phone or through the app 24/7 for any questions or concerns that may arise during your stay.

We follow enhanced cleaning protocols between stays, focusing on high-touched surfaces.

The home has heat/AC to maintain a comfortable temperature year-round.

Please note that there are neighbors, so quiet hours must be observed.

A pet fee of $100 per pet applies for up to two small dogs. Cats are only permitted with pre-approval

Arrangements for early check-in/late check-out must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We need to coordinate with our cleaners' schedules to accommodate these requests.
