DESCRIPTION
Welcome to Mission Beach Break, a nicely updated vacation home with an upstairs open living area that takes advantage of the views of Mission Beach and the ocean.
The full-size kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The adjacent dining area has seating for 6 and opens to the living area with a sectional sofa, tv, and fireplace. Just off the living area is a beach view balcony and gas BBQ to grill up your favorite meal while watching the waves crash on the beach!
The entry and all 3 bedrooms are on the first level along and an open stairwell to the living area above. The Primary suite has a large comfy king bed, plenty of closet space, and an en suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower with dual showerheads. Bedroom 2 comes with a queen bed and TV, and Bedroom 3 has a twin over full bunk bed and a twin trundle bed. The first level also features a full bath and a stack washer/dryer for your convenience.
