The 1st room had roof leaks, bed comforters had yellow stains and pubic hair. There was a whole in the wall and the it was dusty. I let the front office clerk know and she showed me another room. The second room the bed comforters were stained, walls were dirty and scraped and the room was very dusty. We were there due to a Medical Emergency and couldn’t find 2 rooms near by on New Year’s Eve so I asked if the housekeeper could please change the sheets and dust since I was traveling with small children. They said housekeeper was gone for the day but they would show me another room. Third room was worst, AC unit was coming of the wall, roof leaks, it smell rotten and the dirtiness of the bed was disgusting. I decided on the second room but asked for clean sheets, comforter pillow cases, etc and changed them myself. When, I was changing the pillow cases one of the pillow was stained with a big splash of blood. That evening we just bathed and slept and didn’t unpack anything. We had booked for 2 nights but I was not planning on staying there under such disgusting and horrific circumstances. In the morning we showered and I threw away the clothes we had when were there. I explained to the receptionist and Manager that we couldn’t stay there because of those conditions and they said that was fine but that they wouldn’t reimburse me the second night on both rooms. If I had an issue to contact Expedia, and all Expedia could do for me was give me $30 credit to use at another hotel.
