Clean and a good price
It’s nothing fancy but super clean. The size was great for just 2 people. The neighborhood was kinda industrial/ residential but it was quiet once you are inside so not an issue. Over all it was clean, private and cheap.

House was very comfy cozy clean. I would stay there again. The neighborhood looks sketchy but 3 blocks down is nicer. did not feel unsafe one bit and I had my two children with me. I would definitely stay here again.

First arriving to the neighborhood I wouldn’t lie that it was very sketchy at first. However if you were to look past the neighborhood, the house is very amazing. The only downfall was the rain the days I stayed so the parking spot flooded and we’d bring muddy shoe prints inside but we enjoyed our stay. I’d definitely stay again the next time I’m in San Antonio!

it was ok for a couple of nights, there was definitely use of some kind of air freshener that lingered in the air and clung to the bedsheets; there was a smell to it that gave me allergies; would not visit again

The cottage was comfortable and very clean. Fairly close to many major attractions to the SA area. The kocation is in an area that apoears to be going through a gentrification process.

Not so nice neighborhood
The cottage as I will call it, was cute and clean. It sleeps four, one bedroom and an aero bed for two. Driving to the place, a very old neighborhood with bars on windows and doors. Thankfully my family was with me. I ended not staying there myself, as I decided to stay with my daughter at her home. I let my grandson and his wife stay there instead. They said they were very comfortable that night. Not a place I would be comfortable staying at alone though.

Great little place
The place was super clean and well cared for. While the surrounding neighborhood seems sketchy, at this property I never felt unsafe. All part of the downtown experience. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, safe, and close to downtown area.

The property was very clean. Impecable I would say. Communication with host was great. During our stay (15 days), we only had one problem with the kitchen outlet which was not able to be solved until almost time to leave, but host always was supportive and trying to help. The place is safe and clean which are a must. Area outside is not so nice, but never had any issue at all. Would I stay there again? Yes definitely.

Best Tiny House
I loved this tiny house, it had all the comforts of home. I appreciate our hostess and how hopefully she was during the stay. While at my sons graduation our family dog got out and she contacted us ASAP to let us know. Thanks to her quick action our dog is ok! The bed was very comfortable and living room was perfect for our family to unwind and relax. I highly recommend this place. The area is a bit skitchy but we felt safe the whole time in the gated area around the tiny house community.

Perfect place to stay in San Antonio!
My boyfriend and I stayed in this tiny home for 2 nights. It was close to the Riverwalk & Downtown. The uber ride was around $10. I really recommend using uber to get to places. The place had everything we needed for such a small home. Super clean. We felt really safe in the neighborhood. The owners really did think of everything. We will definitely be booking again for our next stay in San Antonio!
