The space
Our home is a two-story building:
On the upper level -
1) One primary suite with a king bed and 5-piece bathroom,
2) Two other bedrooms: one has a queen bed, another with a full bed paired with a pull-out single bed underneath. These two bedrooms share one full bath;
3) One guest suite that has its own full bed and full bath. We've also prepared one full size mattress stored underneath this bed that can be used as an extra full bed.
On the main floor -
We have a kitchen, dining area, living room, office, laundry room and a powder room.
Please note that our home can host 8+, up to 11 guests. Each extra guest after 8 people will be charged $80 per night per person.
Our attached garage is locked and not available to guests. But we do have max. 5 free parking spots in the front and at the right side of the property.
Guest access
Guests are free to access all the space indoor and outdoor of the property except the 3 storage rooms upstairs and the attached 3 car garage, which are locked.
Other things to note
We have a keybox hanging on the fence to the right-hand side of the parking area of the home. We will provide you with the code before you check in.
*Safety Caution*: Water front house is a great place to enjoy all the water activities, but please keep in mind that children under 12 years old must be supervised by an adult whenever they're in or around the water. Guests must be fully responsible for their own safety. Thank you and enjoy :)
