O hotel escolhido foi o Onix perto do aeroporto, porem quando chegamos o hotel estava lotado e deu overbook, o atendente com muita pouca vontade de ajudar nos deu as seguintes opções: ou devolvemos o dinheiro, ou posso tentar um outro onix a 13 km daqui. como estava com crianças e o horário era 00:00 sugerir o outro hotel pois estávamos de carro. Contudo JAMAIS RETORNAREMOS A ESTA REDE DE HOTEIS que pelo horario ainda tive que subir com as malas pois NÃO POSSUEM ELEVADORES.

Para passar apenas uma noite como passamos está ok, mas ficamos em um quarto na ponta da escada, a todo instante tinha gente descendo correndo, conversando. No café da manhã uma bagunça, sem espaço para sentar, faltando identificação nos alimentos. As camas eram boas e o ar condicionado também, mas para passar muitos dias com o barulho que tem é difício, melhor solicitar um quarto no final do corredor,

Do atendimento ao conforto: muito abaixo do que eu esperava. Das 6 tomas no quarto, só funcionava 2 e uma era usada pelo frigobar. A limpeza tava tranquilo, o banheiro nem tanto… a água que escorria do ar-condicionado do quarto de cima pingava na bica e fazia muito barulho. A TV eu precisei tirar da tomada porque desliguei várias vezes e a mesma voltou a ligar sozinha. O café foi umas das coisas que não posso reclamar. Na madrugada eu passei mal e tive que sair do quarto pra ir na recepção comprar uma água porque no frigobar não tinha e o atendente de madrugada não deu a atenção necessária nem muito atendeu direito.
