"Port Glasgow and really all of Scotland is the friendliest and most helpful place I’ve ever been. The people are extremely nice…especially to a hillbilly from East Tennessee who was easily confused driving on the left side of the road. The apartment has a beautiful view of Port Glasgow and the Clyde River. We enjoyed our visit."

"Had an amazing two week stay at this apartment. It genuinely felt like home. The apartment was decorated beautifully and had all the amenities needed. Being American the only tiny issue we had was the hot water heater but we figured it out. Ali was super responsive to inquiries and let us know they were only a short distance away should we need anything. "We had a lovely stay at this property in Arran. The house was perfect for our needs and within walking distance of the shops and eateries of Lamlash. The house had everything we needed and we didnt lack anything. Parking in front of the house was fine but care is needed when driving out into the main road due to poor visibility. Beds were comfy. Water was very hot. Conservatory and back garden were very relaxing. All in all a great place to stay."

"We were booked in to no. 9 but moved as we had been doubled booked. No. 2 Apartment described as recently refurbished - bathroom has not been updated in 20 plus years. Upon speaking to Donnini - refurbishment means a new settee and table & chairs in the kitchen! Apartment was not clean - marks on bedding, cobwebs in the lampshades, carpet disgusting, kitchen floor and the wall to the side of the bathroom had not been cleaned in a long time! No acknowledgment from the management team in terms...
