"The Innkeeper Studio" is nestled on the back of a stunning Victorian Manor built in the 1890's. This cute and cozy tiny house just underwent a full face lift! Style, it has it. Charm? All over the place. You will enjoy an abundance of beauty as you stay in this stunning little space!

Freshly renovated! Guests will need to climb a ladder to access the double bed. The day bed can also sleep 2!

All of the tiny home and tiny home back yard. Parking directly next to the tiny house.

We are here for you 24 hours a day to ensure the best experience possible!

Location, Location, Location. Located just in the heart of Sugar House! Walking distance to a coffee shop (right across the street) a grocery store (right across the street) and a ton of restaurants and bars (just a few blocks away!) - We are also located about a 5-8 minute drive from downtown SLC!

Bus Stop DIRECTLY in front of home! Walking distance to restaurants and bars! 5-8 Min Uber ride to downtown SLC

This tiny home sits on the back lot of a large 1890's Victorian Home that is also an Airbnb (2 units) the driveway is shared access.

So accommodating!!!
Cody was extremely attentive and responsive when the electrical unexpectedly went out as I checked in to the location. He very quickly moved me to another location with ease and close in proximity. This was an extremely smooth and enjoyable experience!!

Fridge and freezer did not work and by the time we relized it, all the food was already spoiled. Although advertiserd, there was no smoke or carbon monoxide detector, and no washer and dryer for laundry. We had to kill more than 15 spiders that were bigger than half an inch. There was a request to take our shoes off before entering, but the floor was dirty and ruined our white socks. The paint was peeling off and cracking at the bathroom because it was not the right paint type for damp areas. The window at the bathroom did not hold open and there was no fan. And if all that wasnt enough, many of the blinds were broken which is just uncomfortable privacy wise.

Aesthetically pleasing, but lacking
Property was as advertised as far as layout goes. However, WiFi didn’t work, fridge didn’t work and we killed multiple bugs on our overnight stay. Also, the bed upstairs didn’t have clean pillowcases (multiple stains) and the blinds were broken. We would not stay here again. We submitted a request to the property owner with some of the above issues but never received a response for any resolution.

Disgusting
When I arrived, the place had not been cleaned since the last guest. There was trash on the floor, I found a wet towel on the couch and the bed sheets were clearly just used and bed unmade. I had to sleep in my clothes that night because the property manager, Cody, neglected to respond after contacting him upon my arrival. The next morning, instead of responding to the incident, Cody, requested I leave a review, so here you go buddy. Finally, Cody responded and said he would offer a refund, but it has been two weeks and he did NOT refund me. I messaged him again and called VRBO. Only then, after VRBO contacted him, did he respond to me.

Not as Described and Poor Communication
Was never able to get ahold of the property owner/manager in a timely manager immediately from the get go when I had to change my guest count to two. Upon arrival to the place, it was not cleaned as described. There was dirty footprints all over the floor and other people’s hair on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom. Amenities wise, Cody also is not honest. The television was not functional due to a busted remote which I never heard back about. There’s no washer or dryer that I could find in or around the unit. To top it all off, someone else staying on the property targeted my partner and I who were in town because we were asked to be a part of the SLC pride parade. We were harassed with handwritten notes about religion among other things. When trying to contact Cody, we weren’t able to get a response until it was too late. When we finally got a response he simply said “We’ve never had that happen before.” And also ignored all my messages about the amenities and ad not matching what we actually received. With no attempt to make this right. Super disappointed, don’t waste your money to stay in a dirty home with an owner who can’t be bothered to help guests who need it.

A couple of suggestions
Accommodations pleasant as advertised. Would suggest better window coverings as the sleeping area was very bright at night. Outdoor deck space was lovely but the grass desperately needed to be mowed. An extra roll of toilet paper would be a good idea.

Da fuori sembra ancora più piccola, ma dentro ha quello che serve, è carina e pratica. Cucina ben attrezzata, anche se non l'ho usata. Ottima doccia, bagno un pò freddo d'inverno. Spazio armadio minimale, la sistemazione è a tratti spartana. Ci sono stato bene (circa dieci giorni). Davanti c'è un ottimo coffee shop (red moose) e un supermercato, entrambi raggiungibili a piedi. La zona è residenziale, tranquilla. Attenzione ad un aspoetto burocratico: non sono riuscito ad avere una fattura per l'affitto. L'ho avuta solo per le spese di agenzie. il rimborso in Italia potrebbe essere complicato.

Fun Home
This was our first VRBO in which we stayed and it was great! The owners were communicative and timely. Their instructions for getting into the property were clear and easy to follow - we didn’t have any issues. The entire house was clean, we didn’t find any surprises 😀. It was very conveniently located to Downtown Salt Lake and to the mountains. It was close to major roads/freeway, definitely not too far off the beaten path. A grocery store was a 5 minute walk down the street 👍. Thanks for letting us stay in awesome place!

We had a great stay at the Innkeeper Studio! Great location in the Sugarhouse area, not too far from downtown. Really fun place to stay with everything you need. We will be back!

Just like the photos!
The unit is identical to the photos! Easy to access with ample parking - free parking was a plus for SLC. Check-in was easy. Small issue upon arrival and Cody was quick to offer assistance and resolve. There is actually a daybed on the main floor that is quite large and great for two adults. Closer to a King in size and incredibly comfortable. Small binder with tidbits on the property and surrounding area would be a great addition! Cafe across the street is 11/10

The house is very cute and works very well - very good kitchen, good set up for watching TV, modern bathroom, cute deck and comfortable bed. Location in Sugar House is great - coffee shop across the street for morning latte and lots of fun places within walking distance. The host was great - answered questions right away.

We Booked a Place and Didn’t Even Stay
We got to the property at check-in time and the property was not cleaned. The couch was undone, and dirty towels on the floor. We walked out and contacted the host who responded but kept insisting that someone was coming to clean. Nearly 3 hours later we still were not able to check-in. We asked for a full refund because our plans for our vacation were messed up and rearranged. Wouldn’t recommend if you need a place to stay at a specific time.

Cozy Spot
The place was very nice & clean. Tight quarters for 4 people but we only had 2 so it was plenty. We spent minimal time inside but when we were it was great! Listing describes it exactly how it is. Proximity to sugar house & downtown was perfect but do suggest a vehicle if traveling from out of town as it sits in a neighborhood a little far back from shops, restaurants, etc. If we return to SLC we would definitely be back!

Cute, clean, good location
My husband, a family friend and I stayed one night here on our way to Park City. It’s cute and was just enough space. We didn’t cook while we were there, but the kitchen had all the basics we would have needed for simple meals, and enough dish ware and glasses for the three of us. I also appreciated the separate recycling bins. I would definitely recommend following up a day or two in advance of check-in for the instructions to get into the unit, obtain the wifi password, and to confirm there are enough towels for the number of ppl staying.

Small house, small expectations.
The Innkeepers studio is in a great location with easy off street parking. The loft area is challenging to get into; a very steep ladder too close to the sloping ceiling. The kitchen has bare bones supplies for cooking a meal, but lots of space! We did not receive check in information on time and had trouble convincing the host that it was in fact not in the check in email. Lastly there is NOT a washer/dryer as listed. This would not be my first choice for a stay in SLC

The property was nice and the location was very good. The check-in process could have been more organized. The automatic email I received did not contain check-in instructions or Wifi info, and unlike most Vrbo rentals, there was no printed information at the property containing this info. I had to message the host via the Vrbo app to request this info, and received a response about 8 hours later. There was no toilet paper when I checked in; I sent a message about this the evening I checked in, and received a response late the next day, after I had already bought my own toilet paper. My advice is to make sure you have all the info you need (such as check-in and Wifi info) a day or two before checking in. If there is any info you will need upon arrival, request it in advance instead of waiting until you arrive. If a trip to the store to buy your own toilet paper would bother you, this might not be the best fit. Otherwise, the experience was good.

It was a cute little place, clean and good location. There wasn’t any toilet paper provided so we had to use the tissue box. The blinds let in a lot of light and the bright shining street lights. But overall a cute place and clean.

Convenient, Cute and Cool
This is a cute tiny home with a full kitchen, bed downstairs and up. The loft bed is accessible to those physically able to get up and down a steep stairs/ladder. There isn't a true "living" area but the kitchen island would be an easy dinner table. I had a working stay and set up a couple of monitors on the island and was comfortable working for a few days. Convenient to a cool coffee shop with a nice breakfast and lunch menu, as well as a full grocery store. I told the owners that I'd reserve this one every time I travel to SLC, and I mean it. If it's available, I'm staying here.
