« This property was so warm and comforting, and the owners were so amazing with the in/out process! The little things that they offer for the comfort of home were above and beyond. I would 1000% recommend this as a must stay. The views are unreal!! The hospitality is unmatched! Absolutely gem! « This home was in an ideal location to venture out to various sites. Everything you need for your stay was there. Although the stairway going upstairs was narrow, we were aware from other reviews about it. I am over 6’ tall so the double beds weren’t ideal but we still slept well. I was already aware of the double beds before we arrived. We only had our breakfasts there so we didn’t use the kitchen for our other meals. The owner, Jeff responded quickly to a question we had. « We’ve been to Newfoundland several times and this time we didn’t want to stay in a different place every night. Because of its location we could do day trips in different locations. This house was so cute. The owner thought of every little detail to make our stay comfortable. She personalized it with a Happy Anniversary banner. We loved our stay here! »

« Well we got to the house that we had rented. Unfortunately the house was locked up. The house was not ready for us or anyone. The person who put it up for rent did not communicate to their spouse. Fortunately a neighbor across the road let us stay in her house. »

The accommodation is basic but comfortable and clean, providing everything that is needed for a stay in nature (including a fully stocked kitchenette and emergency tea bags). The location is amazing with a pond, seating, fireplace, berbequw, a hot tub and several wonderfull walking trails nearby.
