"This location is perfect. a nice spot with a pool just a walk away (15 minutes) from the falls. Perfect place to stay to take your family on a Niagara falls adventure. very nice rooms, very clean, kitchen etc - everything you need. And the pool is really nice and perfect for those in between moments when the 8 year old still needed something to do. Chris was so gracious and so accommodating, answered every question/text and was really helpful when we were there! "

"Loved our stay. Older building but apartment was all remodeled and very clean. Kitchen had basics and pretty much everything we needed to prepare meals. Within walking distance to Niagra Falls and attractions. That was very nice as parking is very limited along the parkway. There was no way to enter or exit the backdoor and lock it behind so had to park in back and walk around to the front. Not a big deal. There are a few stairs to enter as was described in the listing."

"The stay was very good check in was very good and the internet had a hard to enter password. The place was very cold with not enough sheets to keep warm. Yes there was a space heater but it didn’t go to the farther bedroom. The place had a nice fridge and freezer with plenty of space. The tv was large with many streaming services and ok to navigate. "

"Unit is clean and comfortable. Location is central to all Niagara Falls attractions while being away from tourist spots. Check in was easy. Good communication with Sophia. Unit is on the 3rd floor. Had an issue with the bathroom light bulbs - 4 of 6 bulbs were out. Sophia and I kept missing on communication to get someone out to replace the bulbs. Overall a good experience. "

"The apt is very nice and quite well located for visiting the falls. The only down side is the insulation btw the upstairs apt and this one is poor, so there is a lot of noise carry over when the upstairs is occupied. The owner was very accommodating and quite helpful. "

"Your place was brightly lit and certainly clean. This is an adorable place for a quick stay. If I may make a suggestion, please consider placing window treatments in the bedroom and a rug to wipe feet at the door.We loved how close this place was to the falls and Clifton Hill. I would consider staying here again."
