« As usual this was a wonderful base for our Xmas visit home. It is close to family and provides us with a quiet, peaceful, well-equipped retreat. As it was a Xmas visit it was nice to see an effort had been made to give the place a Christmassy feel. Nice to see the place is being kept up-to-date. »

« Booked a one week stay at this lovely bijou property. Small but perfectly formed. Beautiful location. On street parking, so a bit hit and miss, but we always managed to find a spot. A couple of small suggestions. The bedroom next to the kitchen could do with a night stand / bedside table. The kitchen table and chairs are too heavy and very uncomfortable. »

« We had a wonderful time, the place was in the perfect location, convenient to everything (Old Course, ocean, and so many restaurants and pubs), not to mention very clean. We have already started recommending it to friends. Small tip just be sure to tell your taxi, private car, etc. to meet you at the monument on The Scores and they will always find you! »

« We had a lovely 2 night stay here- place was spotless and all amenities catered for. Lovely quiet area and we walked in and out to St Andrews centre. Only criticism would be the main bedroom only has a patio door for ventilation which can’t be left open all night. There were no other options to open a window. This room has the boiler and the water heater so we found the room was far too warm during the night. »

« The Terrace is a perfect little home from home, very well equiped and finished to a high standard. The place was spotless when we arrives, we couldn't fault a thing. It is also in a great location just 5 mins walk to the harbour and parking was never a problem. Can't wait to go back! Caroline was a wonderful host and check that we arrived safely and the we had enjoyed out holiday and gotten home safely afer our stay. »

« Kitchen was clean and well equipped considering the size. Bathroom was a good size. The living area was a bit smaller than I thought but it's probably me. Do not think the floor had been hoovered due to the amount of sand on it but found the hoover. Bathroom towel rail needed a clean. Some of the skirting boards had not been done for a while so marked cleanliness down but kitchen was clean. Tinted windows is a great idea being on the road. Get used to Church Bell chiming every hour especially...

« We were delighted to stay again in this apartment. Last time was in 2011. Clean and well equipped, and the parking is reserved. It is central for most of shops and cafés. Had a very enjoyable time. »
