"What isn't evident from the photos is that this gîte is made up of an older part and a new "tower" part - but that both are now to the same, modern standards. "I was extremely pleased with hotel de college! Beautiful hotel, well appointed room, very happy with the thermal baths right next door. My room also had a mini kitchen which was fantastic as a great to go kitchen basically across the street(and I was by myself doing the gr 65). I hate hotels who don't let you open the windows so this was also a plus. Best night of my trip so far!"

"Charming hotel but definitely not for the English speaking traveler. Hotel staff (the night we checked in) was unable/unwilling to assist us in securing a taxi, so we ended up leaving after just one (out of our non-refundable two!) night. Overall, disappointed with our experience. "
