« Was supposed to just be me, but dad tagged along to go visit his college roommate who was in hospital in ATL. Worked out great for everyone. My only “complaint” was the 1st bedroom (where I slept) the post on the back of the bed creeks quite a bit when you move at all. Otherwise A+ »

« We stayed here in #7 for a week while in GA for a baseball tournament at Lake Point. It was very clean and large. Beautifully redone. Beds very comfortable! So nice to have washer/dryer for dirty uniforms. The fields are only 10 minutes away. Very convenient. We will definitely stay here again! »

« This cute, clean and cozy apartment is in a great location! It is close to town, the parks and the mountains. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and will hopefully be able to come back when the leaves change and the cooler weather arrives to the area. The only thing that would have made our trip better is if we had meet Randy Owens and Teddy Gentry in person. Highly recommend the apartment and the area if you are looking for a relaxing getaway. »

« Not exactly a river front home unless you’re able to hike to the river. Thankfully, we are hikers. No tv in the bedroom cost me hrs of sleep (I do realize not everyone sleeps with a tv on but I do). Otherwise it was peaceful and relaxing with many waterfalls to hike in the area. »

« The property was adorable but we did experience some challenges. The primary main floor bedroom had drawers/storage area that smelled like cat pee. There is a moisture problem. We saw black mold around the baseboards near the washing machine in the main bedroom, which may be the culprit on the odors. The shower also has not been property cleaned; orange mold was growing in the shower. Lastly the cooling units were unable to properly cool the cottage. We did communicate these items to the owner...

« This was a great, affordable property for me and my husband. It was very easy to find. We stayed in room #2. The room was very comfortable, including the bed. My absolute favorite thing about the room was the bathroom floor. It was pennies! I would definitely stay here again given the chance! »

« This place is what you see in the photos of nice and cozy. There is a lot of small details put into this room. I stayed by myself but I know if my wife was to come she would have liked it too but she would have preferred a Keurig coffee machine over the older traditional coffee maker. You are within walking distance to downtown Fort Payne which have some small quaint places to eat and shop in small stores. I would stay there again. »
