« The house is great. it was clean and pretty well stocked. 3 bathrooms worked out really well because there was 6 of us. Just a few things to watch out for: the stairs are wood and small so with the little ones make sure they have on slippers or socks with grippers on the bottom. There was not a cookie sheet, so we improvised. I was pleasantly surprised by the well-stocked selection of paper towels and toilet paper. There was enough laundry detergent to wash every day. « Hi all! This property is absolutely beautiful! It was so easy to get around and fairly close to a lot of things. With it being thanksgiving in DC the house stayed very warm while we were there. I absolutely love the fact that the check out instructions didn't require to start a load of laundry or strip the bed or take out trash. Obviously we didn't leave a mess but it's nice to know the cleaning fees are being used to the correct degree. I appreciate the quick communication we had with the owner...

Mark made the processes of check in and out easy and was very attentive during our stay. The house was roomy and well equipped for our adult family and in a friendly, well kept neighborhood with ample street parking. Having a fenced in backyard for our small dogs was extremely convenient. We would definitely like to stay at Mark’s again on future visits to Alexandria. »

VRBO did not send us the code and instructions for check in, but when we messaged the hosts they responded very quickly and got my family in the property right away.
