Your journey begins with a smooth check-in! The code to enter your cozy retreat will be sent 24 hours before your arrival. After entering the code, press the check mark button on the bottom left corner of the keypad.

🔐 Simple Check-Out:
When it's time to leave, follow a few quick steps for a seamless departure. Lock any keys (if applicable) and the smart lock to secure the home. Load all used dishes into the dishwasher and start a cycle – this small gesture helps our cleaners prepare for the next guest.

❄️ Thermostats and AC Units:
For summer stays, please set the AC to 68 degrees before leaving. During winter stays, set the heat to 60 degrees. Your attention to these settings ensures a comfortable experience for everyone.

⏰ Late Check-Outs:
Late check-outs until 11 AM are free if it aligns with the cleaners' schedule for a same-day check-in. Anything beyond 11 AM is available at half the rate of the next night. We appreciate your cooperation in helping our cleaners maintain a fresh start for every guest.

📷 House Rules Reminder:
For security, there are cameras on the exterior of the home by the front door. Please refrain from hosting parties or events outside of your designated guest list to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone. Cameras are only on the entryway and driveway; no cameras are inside the home's interior.

🔇 Noise Issues:
If there is a noise issue, please call us right away. We will take care of it promptly.

🚽 Septic System:
The house is on a septic system, so please do not flush anything besides waste and toilet paper.

🔥 Grill:
For properties with grills, guests are responsible for bringing their own propane.

💧 Appliances:
Please note that the ice maker and water dispenser on the fridge do not work.
