We enjoyed swimming in the nearby Ovens River, birdwatching in the beautiful garden, walking to local cafes and hotels and short drives to Alpine Perrenials, Bright and Mt Hotham to view the mountain tops. « Only have a couple of issues with this property. 1 being the lack of covered area outside, which I guess isn't a problem until it rains, especially when guest are staying out in the pool room. The other issue was in the pool room they seem to have a furry resident living in the ceiling and there are no towel racks to hang your towels. Home is roomy for a large group and has everything to make it cosy on a wintery night. We thourghly enjoyed our stay. »
