The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and the rooms are a good value for the price. However, if you have children with special needs, I would not recommend staying here. They have very low tolerance for children and people of different ethnicities. Despite being clean and polite, I was treated poorly and banned due to my son, who has autism, being loud and making noises. I tried to explain and requested to be relocated, but was told I could not rebook. We stayed at a nearby hotel where we were treated fairly and tolerated. Additionally, the maintenance man sexually harassed me every time I left my room. It became so bad that I had to have a male friend come and witness the harassment. He had to confront the maintenance man, who was standing outside my room after chasing me back to it when I went to get ice. As a single female with two children, it was a terrifying experience. However, if you are a single working male, the rooms and premises are kept nice. I stayed for over three months before being banned due to complaints about my son. Fortunately, I was able to stay at another franchise hotel and will be reviewing the contrasting experience I had there.

Property was nothing like website showed when I booked, couldn’t sleep all night there was noise all night you could hear everything inside the room, even toilet flushing from neighbors room and smell of Marijuana when we opened our balcony window

If you book online, it doesn’t pop up on the computer. They tell you to wait one to four hours to give you a room, balcony homeless people jump through the balcony and get into the room. there is not a security on property no hot water after 11 PM

It's a lovely property you'll love to stay especially if you love the sound of the freeway and bring your own towels unless you want a wash cloth to dry off with but overall was a comfortable relaxing stay

The day I arrived the key to my room did not work and I had to change rooms the refrigerator did not work and the key to the new room did not work. I had to keep going to the front fl desk and no one was ever there. After waiting for so long and trying to track down an employee she had to use her master key to let us in our room. This was extremely frustrating that our room key never worked the entire time during our stay. At check out I told the front desk all the trouble we had and she seemed uninterested. Needless to say I will not be back nor will I ever recommend this place. Sheri Ahluwalia
