« This small cabin has your basic necessities and was just fine for my father and I on our last fishing trip of the year. I booked this location due to having a boat dock where I could keep my boat in the water. Unfortunately, late in the year they lower the water levels on the lake and our boat dock was not accessible due to the low water levels. Pretty much mud at dock with only 6" of water at the end where owners pontoon boat was docked. Any other type of fishing boat, including mine would...

« The place is exactly as shown. Muskoka chairs are in excellent condition by the fire. Kayaks are almost new and the large inventory of life jackets means everyone can enjoy the water. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cutlery, coffee and coffee machine, laundry equipment are all in excellent condition. »

« We had a week at Erika's cottage this fall and it was absolutely lovely. The cottage is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, the location is stunning, and the screened in porch was an absolute added bonus. We were also really delighted we could bring our cat with us, and that the screened in porch was there so she could safely enjoy the location too :-) All of the instructions, access, setup, and process for the cottage was clear and easy. Erika makes the experience seamless for guests to enjoy...

« We spent four very quiet and restful days at this location. Well appointed with a lovely sunroom, firepit, and walking access to a sandy swimming spot on beautiful Upper Beverley Lake. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean and had all the amenities. The bedrooms were comfortable and the air conditioning made the hot Summer day comfortable. Very quiet, peaceful area! Had a wonderful time. »

« We have stayed here before, enjoyed it then so much that it was a natural choice for a return trip to the area. The house is well equipped, Alex is an excellent host and our stay was everything we hoped for and more. The sleeping arrangements are great for families, the kitchen has all the dishes, pots and pans you need to have a lovely dinner in. Would highly recommend this property if you’re in the area. »
