« I was not sent a code to enter the property ahead of my arrival. I had to get help from a neighbor who knew how to get in touch with owner. I had tried for 30-40 minutes to get in touch with owner and was never acknowledged. After an hour, the neighbor finally got in touch with owner and given the code. Usually a vacationer is given code at least 24 hours in advance. Owner doesn’t respond quickly. It takes owner about two to three hours to respond. »
