They go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The hotel exceeded my expectations in all areas. My stay there was beyond comfortable. The facilities take you back in time, beautifully decorated. Check in was a breeze. Squeaky clean. Comfy bed. Location was perfect. Continental breakfast delicious....

"Remote check-in was easy, but the automated text didn't include the property address, so I needed to look it up separately. The suite was perfect for our needs. Nothing fancy, but it had the essentials. It was clean and safe. The space was quite cool upon our arrival and took a long time to warm up after we found the thermostat. More side tables would be helpful, as would more towels/blankets. Thank you for having shampoo etc. stocked for us! The bathtub/shower enclosure is difficult to step...

Their unit is well appointed, quiet, cozy, very clean and accurately described in the VRBO listing. Communication was transparent and easy. While unobtrusive, Nilly and Behrooz checked in periodically to see if I had everything I needed and responded to questions very quickly. Appliances have their usage labeled clearly. Special touches include a little basket of information about navigating...

"We had a wonderful time here. Miss Anna was accommodating and communicative before, during, and after our stay. Such a clean, beautiful house, nice bed, and fairly close to a gas station convenience store. It’s not too far from the Metrotown mall either! Would definitely come back! Oh, and don’t forget to take off your footwear at the door to keep the house clean if you’re coming by to stay. Keeps the floors clean! ;)"

"Very clean, cozy rooms, close to airport and all good restaurants. Everything was well organized and maintained. The price was a steal given the dates we booked was during a concert. We really appreciate everything the owner did fo this place and their guests."
