« This was one of the best stays we've ever had staying in RI. The house and property are beautiful. There is a town beach and state beach just around the corner and there are many fantastic restaurants nearby. We enjoyed coffee on the large deck in the morning and trips out on the pond with the kayaks. It is the perfect place to get again and enjoy some peace and quiet. Homeowners reached out after we checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. »

« We were down for the Newport Jazz Festival, and this was the perfect base camp. We're sorry we didn't make it down to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty. The apartment was very clean and comfy. It's a great location for the state beaches, Newport, and the adorable Wickford village is nearby. Our host Steve was very responsive! »

« We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There is a lovely view of the New Harbor off the deck and we really enjoyed lounging in the afternoon shade, watching the sailboats come and go. This listing looked perfect and indeed it was. If you look at online pics, they are spot on. Clean, bright and welcoming. It’s centrally located to everything , although a little far for us to walk. Huge parking lot brightly lit. Can’t find or say anything bad about this stay. »
