"Great service and they have 4 different services throughout the day from breakfast to pie it was excellent. They also have a gift basket waiting in the room as well as a gift on departure. Great location near beach and restaurants. A bit outdated, but that gives it certain charm. "

In addition the bidet in our room did not operate, and not all the TV channels that should have been available were available. When we arrived, housekeeping staff in neighboring rooms were banging doors and thus were very noisy."

"Came to check out downtown SLO and general area. Property was quiet and clean. Room was older but very clean. TV was older. Bed was comfortable. Liked how you could walk to downtown 1.3 mile's to eat. Property restoration going on for gift store/restaurant. "

"This is one of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed at since we’ve been coming to Pismo. The staff was exceptionally kind and accommodating, from booking to the front desk to housekeeping to Marisol restaurant (who makes an excellent margarita!) The beds were very comfortable and the rooms spacious & quiet. We came at a difficult time during the quarantine and the Cliffs gave us a much needed, stress free reprieve from the rest of the world for a few days. "
