"Historic, tranquil, beautifully renovated converted monastery with several on site restaurants serving delicious food. The breakfast spread is expansive and includes a warm menu an la carte and cold buffet, smoothies, coffee machines, and wines. The breakfast may be one of the many highlights. Our family also enjoyed the self guided tour of the monastery, cloisters and beautiful chapel for about €3 each. The valet and check in staff very friendly and receive guests with a glass of champagne. The monastery is located adjacent to the Duero River and there is a beautiful park between the river and property with a hiking trail. The town is quiet - almost looks abandoned so we just stayed on the property which was magnificent. Because there are steps throughout to access restaurants and even within floors it may be difficult for grandparents to maneuver. "

"Nothing wrong with the hotel, all brilliant but transport to get back to town centre was a nightmare. No taxis around so lesson learnt bring own vehicle next time if we want to stay away from town centre. "

"Stayed for one night while visiting Ribera del Duero area, hotel is conveniently located steps from the main square and close to a few restaurants/ shopping area. The staff were very friendly and provided recommendations for dinner options close by. There was no AC in the room but as we stayed during February - we had no issues."

"We’ve stayed here a number of times. Real value for money! Clean rooms, superking bed and good bedding, helpful staff and close to the motorway but no road noise. The cafe bar allows dogs too. Great overnight stop when travelling long distances. "

"We were visiting our son who had just moved near the hotel in Spain. It was the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever been in. The history and architecture were striking. The restaurant was delicious and kind to hungry Americans. It’s easily walkable to all Burgos de Osma has to offer including the Main Street and castle. The springs under the hotel were a treat! Bring your suit for a relaxing few hours. I loved the in room amenities including a comfy bathrobe and a warming rack for wet suits in the bathtub. The only bummer is there’s no free parking so you have to use an underground structure where the spots are very tight: and pay for it daily but that’s the way many hotels do it so wasn’t surprised.
