« Very accessible and super friendly front desk staff. Kenedy park is literally a few minutes walk away and there are so many shipping and dining options around the area. The only down side is that the building itself needs some maintenance and you can hear the nightlife outside. I personally can sleep through about anything so it didn't bother me, but keep in mind that it does get a bit noisy. « Bien situé par rapport au Parque Kennedy, le bord de la mer et le Metropolitano. Dans le condo il manque l’air climatisé au salon (bien que l’on ait fourni un ventilateur) et des napperons. « My family and I had a great stay at this property. It was walking distance to grocery store/small plaza, el metropolitano bus station, and several excellent restaurants. We were very happy with our stay there. Bathrooms were spacious and main bedrooms were comfortable. I will say however that because it was so central, it was quite noisy due to car traffic. Definitely took 2 days to get used to it. I recommend bringing ear plugs for when you go to sleep. The only reason this property is getting...

Un bon séjour!

"Un établissement bien situé au centre de Miraflores. Check-in efficace, plaisant et souriant. Proposition pour le petit déjeuner intéressante. A revoir cependant le suivi de la proposition des produits chauds, et le sourire de personnel du bar et des petits déjeuners qui est inexistant. Un hôtel pratique dans la norme de la chaîne ! Chambre ibis classique et propre. Par contre un conseil d'hôtelier : trouvez une autre tranche horaire pour faire passer l'aspirateur à la réception, au bar et à l'entrée de la salle des petit-déjeuners, car à 6h30/7h00 du matin subir ce bruit quand on est en train de se reveiller !! (Le veilleur de nuit peut très bien faire cela comme dans les autres Ibis du monde!)"

"L’hôtel est dans les standards des hôtels européens, propre et moderne. Il est très bien situé proche de toutes les commodités. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon et diversifié tant pour le salé que le sucré. Comme dans les autres hôtels du pays, il faut régler la note en arrivant. "

"Excellent hôtel situé dans le beau quartier de Miraflores ! La taille des chambres ainsi que la vue sur Lima sont à couper le souffle ! lLa courtoisie et la réactivité du personnel mérite un 20/20 ! Très bien ! Rien à dire sur la propreté non plus ! Trois petites critiques constructives néanmoins.. * Absence dans la chambre d'un plateau de courtoisie avec une bouilloire pour le thé ou café comme nous l'avons vu dans d'autres hôtels de la même catégorie à Miraflores * Une musique moderne et assourdissante le matin comme le soir dans le restaurant du 21e étage. Une ambiance musicale plus douce et feutrée serait mieux pour se détendre. Nous avons été également assez surpris de constater que ni les employés de la réception ni les serveurs du restaurant ne portaient de cravate dans cet établissement 4 étoiles.. Juste un col ouvert. Cela détonne avec le cadre.."
