« Kim was very helpful and ver easy to communicate with, she answers text messages pretty quick and the place itself was very pretty. There a lot of amenities in this place that was very useful in our stay. »

« Though we ultimately enjoyed the stay, there were a few disappointments. No gym just exercise equipment in a corner. No lounge chairs or heater outside as pictured. No bar stools as pictured and the stairs leading down to the beach pictured were never found. Though I am a pet lover, I did not like the scent of pet when entering the front door. There was "a little something" in the master bathroom toilet that left a ring and because of the handle on the bathroom door there had to be assistance...

« Nous avons réservé cette maison pour pouvoir accéder au golf Pas d’accès possible depuis la maison et pas d’accès possible au golf car golf privé ! Résultat 4 jours sur San Francisco sans pouvoir pratiquer de golf.. équipement de la maison vieillot, peu de serviettes (certaines avaient une odeur d'humidité.. et déchirées). Si l'annonce avait été plus claire, nous ne serions pas restés si longtemps sur San Francisco pour passer d'avantage de jours sur les parcs ... »

« We were in town for a volleyball tournament and needed room to sleep for myself and 2 teens. It was great to have 3 separate sleeping areas and a kitchen to cook quick breakfasts and dinners. The only issue we had was with the heater, I couldn't figure out how to easily adjust it so at 4am each morning the temps got unbearably warm. I never had the time nor occasion to address it with the owners but if I had, I'm sure they would have addressed it quickly. »

« This is an older home that has been renovated and it isn’t as upscale as it appears in listing. Excellent appliances, big eat-in kitchen, but no central heat. The room heaters took 18 hours to get to 75 degrees because the house was so cold for our January stay in a rainy week. Uncomfortable sofa and that’s the only seating in living room. No instructions for TV, appliances or check out. No vanity or counter space in bathroom for our cosmetic bag and shaving kit. No dressers, no luggage racks,...

« Comfortable place for a weekend getaway for 4 adults. Although the house is on a busy street, the neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. Close to downtown Willow Glen. The host was very attentive and helpful. Off street parking was nice and there is a spacious backyard. Overall we enjoyed our stay. »
